Summer Games
Summer Games sessions are designed to create an environment where players can compete, create, and learn through play—building hockey sense, confidence, and creativity in a fun, fast-paced setting.
Our curriculum focuses on:
- Playing — maximizing puck touches and learning through game-like situations
- Competing — building effort, engagement, and a love for the game
- Making decisions — reading situations and reacting with and without the puck
- Trying things — encouraging creativity, confidence, and learning without fear of mistakes
Play the game. Have fun. Get better.
This is not a traditional practice. It’s a game-based environment where players stay active, make decisions, and learn through constant play. Sessions are built around movement, competition, and creativity in small-area games.
Hockey is fun. That’s what Summer Games is all about.
*Summer Games sessions are designed for younger age groups. For players born in 2015 or earlier, the Cap City Summer Elite League offers competitive games every Tuesday throughout the summer.

$30 for Skaters | All sessions available a-la-carte | Goaltenders are FREE!
Space is limited to 24 skaters and 4 goaltenders per session.
